Introduction	Ok. So here's the deal. I'm on a never-ending journey to get healthy. Only now I have an actual goal. My 10-year high school reunion is coming up (Fall 2011) and I want to shed 100 lbs before then. Can I do it? Uh, I sure hope so. But it's gonna take a LOT of hard work. I'm gonna learn a lot along the way. I know there will be hard times, awesome victories and everything in between. I am sharing it all with you for two reasons: accountability and to (hopefully) be able to help someone else. Feedback is always welcome... as long as it's constructive.
