| Introduction | Boredom is not a word that exists in my vocabulary. I am once again changing my profile to update the newest chapter in the kids' and my life. Brooklyn graduated this year from CHS and will be playing basketball for Hardin-Simmons University...SO PROUD! On April 4 I took the biggest leap of faith in my entire life and resigned from teaching high school English for 13 years at Comanche High School. God opened the doors, and I sprinted right through them. I will now be teaching elementary PE in Round Rock, and my best friend since 8th grade, Meredith Davies Johnson lives only 10 minutes away. Connor will be a freshman (yikes) at Round Rock High School while Reese will be in the first grade and still acting like she belongs at RRHS with her bubba. Peyton will be a Sophomore at CHS this year, and Jameson will be in 8th grade at CJH. When we moved, we also brought our German Shepherd, Sophie, whom we just love!! Thirteen years of teaching has built a passion in me for education and more importantly a passion for the students who I am thankful to work with every day. God has definitely blessed me beyond what I deserve. |
