| Introduction | James Onyeabor joined the University of Nigeria Museum as a Curator of African Arts as a result of the challenges the sector is facing which needs to be salvage with passion no excuse. A native of Nigeria. He holds a bachelor degree and Masters degree in Archaeology and Tourism a specialist in Museum and Heritage studies under the supervision of a global renowned scholar Professor Okpoko A.Ikechukwu. Onyeabor, who goes by James is a MPC Charted Accountant, Certified Enterprise Risk Analyst with CBN and a first class collector of African artifacts / paraphernalia, a practicing Tour guide and ground breaking exhibitionist with remarkable creative approach. James in conjunction with the department of Archaeology and Tourism and Institute of African Studies, University of Nigeria will guide in the continuous growth of curriculum and co-curricular programming of Museum collection, public education, documentation, conservation, research and development of African Heritage within Africa and in the Diaspora. |
