| Introduction | My name is Laura Burke. I am a mother of two, Madie Leigh and Nathan Evan, wife of Cory and avid lover of all things fabric, color and design. It is my dream to one day share my designs and hand-work with the world. I can be seen at any time with either a needle or book in hand. I love movies, reading Jane Austen, Bronte sisters, Grisham or psychology based and spiritually based writings. I am a Christian dedicated to living a life of love, compassion, kindness, forgiveness and spiritual growth. Next to Christ, my greatest love and life dedication is to my family. Without these, my passion to create and the wonderful ability to be intoxicated by color and texture would be, well, lonely and empty. My loves breathe life into my being and none could survive completely without the other. Thanks Dad, for passing your creativeness and intense interest on to me.
