| Introduction | We are a couple with a passion for living healthy, active lifestyles and for helping others to do the same. Our positions as physical therapists, coaches, and sponsored athletes have taken us around the country and we'd love to share our journey with you! We received our Doctor of Physical Therapy Degrees from the University of Pittsburgh where we also began dating. Over the years, our relationship has been shaped and improved by our shared interests and experiences in running, competing, and being active together. We participate in 12+ races per year from 5K through marathon and sprint to half Ironman distance triathlons. We enjoy promoting physical activity and fun however it can be found!
