Introduction	I started this blog as a senior in college as a means to transform my life, specifically to transform my self image, and maybe lose some weight. After years of hard work, I've finally reached my initial fitness goals. But like everyone who has struggled with chronic weight issues, each day is a struggle towards continued success.
