| Introduction | Thoroughbred Horse Racing is my passion. It started when I found a book called Come On Seabiscuit by Ralf Moody on my Mother’s shelf. Reading that book was one of the most exciting things I ever did as a kid and I made it a point to read every other book on horse racing I could find. Curlin is my favorite racehorse of all time. Being able to attend six of his live races will always be one of the highlights of my life. I graduated High School in 2006 at the age of 17. I was homeschooled my entire life by my parents. This year is my first semester at Eastern Connecticut State University as a Communications major. Previously I took a few semesters of general studies at Quinebaug Valley Community College in Danielson, CT before deciding on a major. It is my dream/goal to work in the Thoroughbred Horse Racing industry in marketing/advertising or as a writer/journalist. |
