| Introduction | Grace was born on September 12, 2013 at 27 weeks gestation, weighing 1 lb. 10 oz. She spent 88 long days in the NICU. At 16 months, she underwent successful heart surgery to close an artery (PDA ligation). She is now four years old and doing great! |
