Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.

I do not ever wear a scarf. I live in Texas and well there isn't much need for a coat let alone a scarf. I have knitted some, however. The kids have even worn them. I do not like things around my neck. Heaven forbid someone expect me to wear a turtle neck shirt or turtle neck anything for that matter. Besides naked necks are fun.
