| Introduction | Life in a small coastal town was: Lovely, interesting, different, fun...and at times...weird. And we loved every minute of it. We moved (it's been over a year now...wow!)from the deep dark woods to a tiny town on the edge of the emerald forests of the PNW coast back to a sleepy little lake community. I am the single parent of three young/almost adults and all of us are busy enjoying our new location and settling in to life back at the lake. |

I have three kids who eat like very large adults...whatever is slower than them is fair game. If I don't shop every few days we'll starve.
