| Introduction | Juan Mancheno is a San Francisco Bay-area real estate professional and avid outdoorsman. From 1990 to 2008, he managed and invested in real estate through his own firm, Mancheno Enterprises, Inc. He has also served in the capacity of Branch Manager for Directors Financial Group since 1998. His expertise has been utilized in the California legal system, as well, where he has frequently testified as an expert witness, and he volunteers in a consulting capacity for Melting Pot Communities, a local nonprofit housing organization. Under Juan Mancheno’s leadership, Mancheno Enterprises reached the top 10% of residential real estate sales, both in California and the United States. Juan Mancheno maintains memberships in the California Association of Mortgage Professionals, the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. |
