| Introduction | Hello, I'm Kara Messmore, wife to Mark who happens to be a Lead Minister (still) and momma to 2 outrageously, complex awesome boys. This is my everyday mess made by God to become something more. I believe we are made for more than our struggles and simply our professions. I've lived 9 lives in the mental health field and healthcare with my Masters in Social Work and formerly in Marriage & Family Therapy and most notably a Hospital/NICU Social Worker. I've lived between the sacred and the desecrated with the good, bad and the ugly sides of people. I'm now working with postpartum mothers. I desire to help healers through words, art and movement. |
