Introduction	I was born in Greece and came to the US in 1968 to go to graduate school. I spent my working years as a psychologist, doing research and then psychotherapy. I love reading (science fiction and neuroscience), gardening, walking in the woods, yoga and Pilates, fixing things in house and garden. I love classical music. I practice paying attention. As I am aging I am learning the art of doing less and enjoying more.
