| Introduction | I'm originally from Norway, I'm and entrepreneur, graphic artist, researcher and despite my poor English I also write. I'm passionate about large breed dogs, especially Grat Danes. All my Danes are rescues. Sadly there are two many Great Danes in rescue waiting for adoption. There is a common misconception that a Great Dane needs lots of room and is not a good apartment dog. The opposite is in fact true. Great Danes are great small apartment dogs. I have proven that - living with two in my 40 foot RV for 6 years. And this is a blog about that and my experience of 10 years feeding raw food to my Danes. I just completed a 12 years study on the benefits of feeding raw using my own dogs. This year I started another 12 years plus project involving more large to giant breed dogs. I study the possibility to extend the lifespan of these types of dogs by feeding them appropriate food. |
