Introduction	I began my weight loss journey on February 8, 2010 at 188.0 lbs and 24 years old. I am now in close proximity to my goal weight of 125.0 lbs. Some have told me I've inspired them to get moving more and eat better, this blog is my "pay it forward" to those people. This blog is entirely my own expressions, viewpoints and opinions. 2015 Update: I'm starting over not quite back at my beginning weight but close enough that it's time I get back to this. I am now 29 years old and ready to get back to the fit 24 year old that started this blog. I'm sorry for my followers that I let down and I'm especially sorry for letting myself down. Time to get back in control.
