| Introduction | I started this blog after many attempts to quit smoking. Once upon a time, I quit cold-turkey, and now I'm doing it again. I've found it powerful that I can simply choose to smoke whenever I want, and now I will choose not to, whenever I want. This blog is my way of counting down the days, distracting myself, and motivating myself during the tough times that are to come.
