Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Wow! Were do people come up with these questions!?!?! I personally don't wear scarfs unless it's 20 (F) or less. Otherwise it just doesn't seem worth the effort.
