Introduction	A Native Oklahoman, Mr. Nowlin is a 2002 graduate magna cum laude of Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts with majors in History and Political Science. Mr. Nowlin received his Juris Doctor with distinction in 2006 from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While at the College of Law Mr. Nowlin served as editor-in-chief of the American Indian Law Review. Mr. Nowlin practices with the law firm of Hall Estill in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he practices in the firm's Indian law, trust and estate litigation, and commercial litigation departments.
