Introduction	Hello, I'm Tara and this is my beautiful family, my husband Kevin, and our daughters Katelynn and Kristen. (You can't see Kristen in the profile photo because I was just 5 months pregnant with her!) We started this blog to chronicle and share the daily adventures of our expanding family which began with Kristen's birth on August 29th, 2008. However, our baby Kristen was born with a genetic disorder called Trisomy 18 or Edwards Syndrome. She stayed with us for 64 short hours but will be part of our family forever. This blog was intended to share about our daily adventures as a family and it will continue to do so, the happy and sad ones! Kristen is still part of our family and will continue to be the topic of many blog posts! If you've found our blog because of your own loss of a baby, I am so very sorry. I hope you're able to find some comfort in our postings and see you're not alone.
