| Introduction | Hello! I am a Pacific Northwest native and love living in Southwest Washington. I am an introvert who likes to get out and about, travel, and meet new people, but then needs me-time to recover lol. I have a daughter who just started Kindergarten this year. She inspires me to be a better person, and to continue learning and growing. I am in the process of obtaining my Masters of Education and Human Resources (OLPC) at Colorado State University. I'm excited to graduate in 2020! Professionally, I have worked at a local credit union for the last 16 years - time flies! I work in our deposit operations department doing everything from training, quality review, project management and coordination, product management and analysis, process improvement creation and implementation, help desk for elevated issues, etc. I find process improvement to be a passion of mine as I naturally look around me to see how I can make things easier or make things "make more sense". I love where I work because we are not-for-profit, we are local and longstanding in the community, and we have a lot of green initiatives (5 LEED certified buildings and counting). |
