Introduction	I've wanted to be a singer ever since I was a "wee lass". Born in London, England, my Mother can remember listening to me belt out Georgy Girl and Downtown as a little girl. Hey, I was born in London during the swingin' 60s and the birth of the fab 4!!! How could I miss. I have guite a few musical heros and heroins such as Kate Bush, Emmylou Harris, Rosanne Cash and Shawn Colvin. As for the guys...I love good Male vocalists. I was hot for John Waite recently and couldn't stop listening to his album "Temble Bar" long after his heyday with Missing You. I guess I was a closet Punk or New Waver. And I look back now and just didnt' own it! I miss groups like Blondie and Souxie and The Banshees, The Clash, early U2 oh and on and on. Also love David Bowie and Leonard Cohen. Going down by the water is very spiritually fulfilling. It is magical to see the the sun sparkle like diamonds rippling over the waves. It is much like a retreat, though you don't have to travel too far.

Favorite movies	What's Up Doc, Educating Rita, I love Alfred Hitchcock, some faves include: "Shadow of a Doubt, Suspicion, Strangers on a Train and many more, When Harry Met Sally, All about Eve, Once, I just saw You Can Count on Me, which was lovely. Ryans Daughter and many more
Favorite music	I guess I went on a bit about that in my "About Me", again..I love acoustic, roots, pop, some classical, New Age. Whatever I hear that speaks to me, whether it is simply a song or an Artist. I know I am very influenced by Shawn Colvin and Kate Bush.
Favorite books	I recently finished a lovely Canadian novel called "Late Nights on Air". I love books that you can't put down. I am currently reading Cesar Milan's "Be The Pack Leader", but now that I am giving up my dog walking business, I don't know if I'm committed to it.
