| Introduction | I first discovered craft beer back in the early 90's when I was introduced to Chimay on college field trip. My interest was further elevated when a friend turned me on to homebrewing. I moved from Chicago, Illinois to Nashville in 1998. Over the years, I have traveled throughout the United States and parts of Europe, sampling beers along the way. I have tried over 2,000 different beers from around the world, and have visited over 200 brewpubs, beer bars, and bottle shops. I started this blog to share my experience and knowledge from a beer enthusiast's point of view, and to bring more attention and respect to the Nashville beer scene.
