Introduction	The dictionary defines homeostasis as a relatively stable state of equilibrium. I've spent most of my life on a quest for equilibrium. I've been married for over two decades and together we have two daughters. One for each decade. In my working days, I was a medical secretary. In my current fibro world , I like to write poetry when I feel moved, read and advocate for the awareness of fibromyalgia. Fibro may slow me down, but it will not stop me.
