Introduction	Food is a serious passion of mine. Some of my first memories are of sitting on the kitchen bench helping my Gran & Mum cook the evening meal or bake wonderful treats. Takeaway or processed packaged foods (like biscuits) were very rare in our house. Everything was made from scratch. Whilst I will admit takeaway does appear once a week in my home, I still uphold the traditions they taught me and will pass them onto my children.
