Introduction	I view food differently from most, and I'm determined to help teach others how to appreciate the food they eat by shopping for and preparing more of their own. I will speak with anyone willing to listen, and I'm always happy to increase one's knowledge on any food topic. I prefer not to eat out as I like to know and see how my food is prepared; so I make as much of my own as possible. Food should be fun and a joy to eat, not something quickly consumed from a fast food chain before you have to get somewhere or do something!
Interests	Cooking and eating food, running, biking, swimming, outdoor activities, reading, watching good shows with my wife, cereal, cars.
Favorite movies	Magnolia, Kill Bill, Vanilla Sky, The Sandlot, The Invention of Lying, Die Hard
Favorite music	I give anything a chance, usually like Alternative Rock. Third Eye Blind is probably my favorite band.
Favorite books	The Omnivore's Dilemma, Performance Nutrition for Runners, any Dean Koontz book (I'm a fan of his Odd Thomas series), anything to do with healthy food is good to me....usually
