Introduction	The project has two major areas of concentration: 1. funding of enhancements of CVT from Exton to the Montgomery Co. border, and; 2. construction of the CVT from Exton to Downingtown. The Project is a member of The Circuit Coalition, a collaboration of non-profit organizations, foundations, and agencies working to advance completion of a connected network of trails – The Circuit – in the Greater Philadelphia region.
