| Introduction | I've been homebrewing for about 7 or 8 years now. My friends and I started when we all lived together in college. We switched to all-grain about 6 years ago. We're approaching our 100th beer batch. It's going to be awesome: OG 1.100, IBUs 100, and some delicious centennial hops. I started working at the Northern Brewer Grand Ave retail store in Saint Paul about 6 months ago. In my spare time, I design web sites, volunteer at the Southern Theater in Minneapolis and perform on stage with various local theater groups. |
