| Introduction | My name is Patricia Claudia de Abreu. I graduated as a teacher of English at I.N.S.P “Joaquín V. Gonzalez” in 1987. I have been teaching young learners, teenagers and adults for over thirty years. I have lectured at several ARTESOL conventions and development sessions, workshops and congresses for teachers and students. I have written articles on Listening comprehension and activities for learners and teachers. I have been teaching ESL/ESP courses in companies since 1986.
