Introduction	My name is Jaime Weakley. I am a DTS (Discipleship Training School) staff with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). I have been staffing with the YWAM San Diego/Baja base for over a year. Serving most of my commitment in Ensenada, Mexico, presently I am in San Diego, CA staffing our first DTS here! DTS is designed for students from all over the world to "Know God, and Make Him Known." YWAM has hundreds of bases in most countries all over the world, in which we offer Discipeship Training Schools (DTS). Students, firstly learn who God is in the first phase (lecture phase), and then secondly to make him known around the world (outreach phase). For our three month lecture phase, we have speakers teach on topics such as: worship, spiritual warfare, idenity in Christ, the Holy Spirit, fear of the Lord, etc. for them to learn and grow in their relationship with God. We also do local outreaches, work duties, small groups, and much more as part of this phase. As far as outreach phase goes, for 2 months, we go on a missions trip to one or two countries to apply what we have learned in the lecture phase and make the love of God known to the world.
