| Introduction | I am a practitioner of Asatru or Heathenry. I have been so since 1983/4. I have studied all aspects of Asatru and have been involved with many of the national and local Asatru organization, even those that lost their path and I can no longer support. I created my own version of Asatru in 2012, Saxon-Norse. Saxon-Norse Heathenry combines Anglo-Saxon Heathenry, Theodism, and Norse Heathenry to create an inclusive theology. The system is tribal in nature and based around Halls, what others call kindreds. Each hall has a tribe and is independent, only loosely associated with the other hall. Our goal is to foster Heathenry in a positive direction, with intelligence and inclusivity. |
