Introduction	I grew up in South Florida (a beer wasteland at the time) before moving up to Orlando for college. I left there with a bachelors in beer education and a sales job that was pretty nice until the housing market started to collapse. Then it was off to grad school. I decided that if I was going to be in sales, I should sell something that I was passionate about. I called the owner of the Dogfish distributor in the area and told him that I thought I should work for him. He said he was looking for someone in Miami, and I said "Sure, I'll move to Miami." And so I did. Taking my work seriously, as I always do, I dove head first into true beergeekdom, and have even been somewhat successful at growing the beer culture in a land of light lagers.
