| Introduction | My love for baking began when I was in middle school. I LOVE baking! I never thought about baking for the rest of my life until I was a senior in high school. I was dreaming up of what I could do for the rest of my life and what kind of career I wanted most. Then suddenly it occurred to me that baking IS an option! So ever since then I've been dreaming up what my future will be like in the culinary industry. I want to own my own bakery and make the best flavored cupcakes & cakes. Possibly even cookies. I also want to be a cake decorator. This blog will be about how I make it to my American Dream of becoming a professional baker. |
