Introduction	Dear Family and Friends, I just want to keep you up-to-date on my life and activities in Colorado. I blog about food, crafts, sewing, traveling and family. I have two grown sons, a daughter-in-law, a grand daughter and two teenagers. I have a great career teaching K-5 music, and healthy and crazy-busy, but thankful and enjoying life and God's blessings! Interests	I love to sing and play the guitar. I get to do this in my career every day with my students. I love to sew, quilt, applique and scrapbook.
Favorite movies	I love "Chick Flicks". The latest ones that I enjoyed were "P. S. I Love You" and "Mama Mia". There are so many classics that I love, like The Wizard of Oz, Snow White, Back to the Future, and The Sound of Music. For Christmas movies, my favorites are It's a Wonderful Life and Miracle on 34th Street.
Favorite music	I love all kinds of music. When I want to relax, I like classical and jazz. When I am exercising, I love rock, hip-hop and some country. I have lately been hooked on the soundtrack of "The Phantom of the Opera", and I also love to listen to "Carmina Burana".
Favorite books	I don't read much at this particular stage in my life. But I love the classic "Gone With the Wind".
