Introduction	A professional fine artist producing original paintings, art photography and commissioned graphics for over 20 years, Robert was born and raised in Southern California's mountainous coastal desert. He lived many years in the mighty megalopolis known as Los Angeles -- where he earned his fine art degree at Otis/Parsons -- and is now exploring a very different beauty and perspective in the Pacific Northwest. His work examines the richness of human existence, through straightforward observations of our surroundings, or more surreal explorations combining life-experiences, imagination and the subconscious. Though Robert works to create images that are in some way beautiful, his ultimate hope is that they will bring forth an involuntary gasp of discovery and recognition from some viewer, sometime, somewhere.
