About me

Introduction	John Christie is a former minister in the United Methodist Church and long-haul trucker. Originally from Conway, Arkansas, he holds degrees from Hendrix College, Duke University, and the Harold Ives School of Trucking. His sisters, Christine Wood and Catherine Christie, and their husbands, Bruce Wood and David Stedman, live in central Arkansas. His son Jacob and new daughter-in-law Christina live, study and work in Conway. He drives for Stallion Transportation out of Beebe, Arkansas. His significant other is Rev. Beth Waldrup, senior pastor at Cabot United Methodist Church.
