| Introduction | I had an organ that wasn't working properly, so I had most of it removed. On August 5, 2009 I underwent surgery and had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy. I was required to lose 14lbs before I could even schedule my surgery. At my pre-op I was down 28lbs! This blog is just to journal my experience from fat 2 fit.
