| Introduction | Conducts public opinion research and develops web apps for news organizations, public agencies, non-profits, corporations, professional athletes and others. After 25 years of conducting opinion polls and teaching American Politics to college students, I think the biggest obstacle to achieving meaningful political reform is overcoming the enormous apathy and frustration many have towards our political system. On this blog we'll identify and examine realistic steps individuals can take to help address these problems. We may be near the tipping point where the ability to raise large sums from special interest groups changes from a political asset to a liability. But this will only happen if enough of us are willing to invest a small amount of our time to becoming better informed about the candidates and measures on our local ballots. |
