| Introduction | I am an Authorized Trained for OSHA 10 and 30 hour General Industry classes. I also do safety consulting in the general industry field. With many years of safety and manufacturing management experience; I provide assistance to employers interested in improving their safety practices and operations. I grew up in the 50's and 60's in a rural setting and was influenced by parents and grandparents that survived the Great Depression. So throughout my early years, I learned: waste not, want not, as a way of life. This is a major part of the sustainability fad. Like the song says I was Country before Country was popular, the same could be said of me and living sustainably. All of this ties in to being "retired", but still working with Safety and regulatory compliance, small cow/calf operations, gardening, and many other activities that make life so full. |
