| Introduction | A little about me. I Rob from Cincinnati, Oh. Since this blog is concerning my training as far as Crossfit ill leave my intro to that. I began crossfit as a means to get in shape for the rigors of the Special Forces Course. That was 4 years ago and i have not looked back since. I moved to North Carolina where i got involved with a group of friends most of whom eventually became Games athletes and we started training and competing together. I received much of what i know from James OPT Fitzgerald as one of his BIG DAWGS via Rory Hanlin. I started competing in 2009 but due to military obligations i have been rather limited. this year proves to be different i am working with a wonderful coach he is an inspiration and i am very happy to call him a friend. Its going to be a long Journey but i would like to share it with you. |
