IntroductionShort bio: Arts & Culture blogger. Longer bio: I received my Art History and English Literature degree (double major) after 14 years of painstaking part-time study in 2011. I am a 'university junkie' so in September 2012 I began my studies with University of Nottingham as I work towards an MA in English Studies. The arts are my passion: I sing with the VSO School of Music's choir "Orpheum Voices", adore live music, volunteer at Bard on the Beach (where I am also a member), I geek out at art and in galleries regularly. I love to travel when finances allow, or the mood strikes hard. Follow me on Twitter: @starduster360

Favorite moviesThe Princess Bride, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Favorite musicAlt-rock primarily. I also enjoy the classical stations and my favourite music to sing is Early Music, but my likes span pretty much all centuries.
Favorite booksCliché I know, but my favourite books include Jane Austen's Pride & Prejudice, the Anne series by L.M. Montgomery, the Lymond Chronicles by Dorothy Dunnett, and the Heralds of Valdemar series by Mercedes Lackey.

You're wearing a sweater that stretches down to your feet. What color belt do you put on?

It would depend on the colour of the sweater, wouldn't it? However, as the style gurus of What Not to Wear have taught me, metallics are neutral, so they would go with anything. I vote silver. I'd also shorten the sweater to my knees - no point looking like a cinched potato sack.
