Introduction	Carl Sloan is a photographer and writer. His award winning photography, produced in conjunction with his wife Lida, has appeared in PhotoMedia, Tuppenceworth.ie, galleries, book covers, private collections and the National Frontier Trails Center. Carl is a graduate of the University of Richmond. He is a chess expert who has won tournaments in eleven different cities across the country.
