Introduction	I am a newly trained Montessorian working in an upper elementary/middle school classroom. This is our second year in transition to the Montessori method. While the school I work in is religious, we face the same challenge of every school: that of nurturing students to become tolerant, compassionate, critically-thinking individuals.
