| Introduction | My mother started teaching me to cook when I was 13. I loved the versatility of cooking, the freedom to make things up with or without a recipe for guidance. Also, about 30 years ago, I started playing the guitar. I now am an acoustic/electric blues guitarist. As with cooking, I really enjoy the improvisational aspects of the blues.
