Interests	History of any civilization. Although if you discuss the American Civil War, please note that I am from North Carolina. Politics. If you can be civil I'll agree to disagree, just no name calling please. Photography- Nature is one of God's many proofs that He hasn't given up on us yet. Current events- pic your favorite conflict. I personally would like to give peace a chance. Conspiracy Theories- I don't subscribe to them but their fun to discuss. Gardening - I can grow any weed known to man, but struggle with roses.
Favorite movies	Saving Private Ryan, Shenandoah, Singing in the Rain, Star Trek
Favorite music	Gospel with a blue-grass twang. Also love country and folk music. Appreciate all forms of music except for two forms- Rap and Honky Tonk. Music is neither right nor wrong- it is all a matter of taste.
Favorite books	All Quiet on the Western Front The Gulag Archipelago Any book by Bruce Caton or Stephen Ambrose. Also I consider Isaac Asimov to still be the king of Science Fiction.
