| Introduction | My name is Allan Hedrick and I am a team member of Holla-N-Swalla competition BBQ Team which was formed in 2006 in the heart of BBQ country - Kansas City, MO! We compete anywhere from 5 to 8 times a year depending on the cash flow and beer supply. My partners in crime and without them none of this would be possible are: Brant Reed, Darrin Chase and Corey Chase. We are still looking for our first elusive Grand Championship and our first sponsor. We are not letting this get in the way of having a great time! |
