| Introduction | My guiding philosophy is to listen twice as much as I speak and to maintain a positive attitude along with a sense of humor. I started my real estate career in 1978 and have sold homes throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area. My primary areas of specialization are finding super Arizona 55+ Active Adult homes for Winter Visitors, locating terrific homes for 1st Time Home Buyers plus marketing and selling Bank-owned Foreclosures. After working 27 years for other brokers, Linda Shank and Company was established June 2005 in Gold Canyon Arizona. I attained my Arizona Brokers license in 1981 and the Certified Residential Specialist designation in 1990 which is held by fewer than 5% of all Realtors in the United States. My husband (Stuart Thanig) and I moved to the Gold Canyon area in 1995 where we enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views of the Superstition Mountains, sunsets and local wildlife. |
