| Introduction | Some people would call me the 'Straight man' in my working relationship with Kevin. I could not possibly agree more, in any possible way, using any possible definition of 'Straight man'. I've spent a lot of time living and writing abroad, and I hope that this broadening of my horizons has made me a better writer, thinker, and person, than my not-so-humble, but bumbling colleague. On the other hand, I think I'll just let the writing speak for itself. After all, I'm pretty sure his malformed political and theological agendas will show themselves up eventually.
