| Introduction | I love food. I love both the complexity and simplicity of it. Healthy food, Fast Food, snack food, breakfast, lunch, dinner, second dinner; Cuban, Italian, African, American. You name it. I haven't tried everything but I sure would like to. I also love the outdoors. Going to the beach in the summer and the mountains in the winter. I love to cycle and exercise. I used to once consider myself an "athlete"; now I'm just "active". |
