| Introduction | I am a 28 year old woman living in Essex. At over 27 stone I am classed as 'Super Obese' and I have been on and off diets since the age of 13. After much serious consideration I am embarking on The Cambridge Diet again(a food replacement diet where you just have shakes/bars/soups and lots of water). I have attempted this diet before but only lasted 6 days. |
