About me

Introduction James Ramsden started cooking at approximately 4 years old, and has rarely stopped since. He received his formal training under the expert tutelage of Darina and Rachel Allen at Ballymaloe in Ireland before starting to cook professionally. A freelance writer, he has cooked across Italy, France, and the UK, and written for Sainsbury's Magazine, Olive, and Off the Hoof, as well as contributing to Fiona Beckett's epic compendium 'The Ultimate Student Cookbook' (Absolute Press).
